Slide into wet, wild fun!

Make a date with Spritzer Slide the City, a mega waterslide that will transform Hutan Bandar MPJBT into a slip ‘n slide playground for wet and wild fun this October.

Since its successful debut in Putrajaya last December, Spritzer Slide the City has toured major cities in the nation including Malacca and Kuantan and is coming to JB on October 15.

Soon you can thrill to the adrenalin rush, splashing and sliding down a massive, 1000-foot long, three-lane waterslide on an inflated tube from a 30-feet elevated height.  This distance is an estimated length of three American football fields!

This exciting Slide the City experience is set within a carnival that will feature food-trucks, mini-games activities and live music performances in Hutan Bandar MPJBT, a popular town park in Taman Seri Orkid.

The event originated from Salt Lake City, Utah in the USA, and is brought to South East Asia by franchise holder, Monkey Theory Sdn Bhd.  Since its 2013 debut in the US and having reached more than two million people in Hong Kong, Korea and Japan, this event has garnered a huge following worldwide.  After touring cities in Malaysia, Spritzer Slide the City will head to the region with destinations like Singapore, Brunei, Thailand and Indonesia.

“After the good response to this mega waterslide in Putrajaya, Malacca and Kuantan, we decided to make this distinctive event available to the people in Johor too,” said Monkey Theory founder and chief executive officer, Leong Delon.

He said that Johor Baru, situated at the southern tip of the peninsular with easy access from Singapore, is an ideal destination for family fun and the perfect place for this one-of-its-kind attraction for both locals and visitors.

As part of their Corporate Social Responsibility, Monkey Theory has also invited children from ten local orphanages to enjoy an unforgettable experience on the mega waterslide.

Different ticket categories offer a range of items including wrist tag, T-shirt, sunglasses and water-gun.  The Unlimited Ticket category even comes with a free drink, an inflatable tube and a hydroblaster gun!

Wave times start from 8.30am on October 15 so get your tickets early from Single (RM39), Triple (RM89), Save-n-Slide for group of four (RM196) or Unlimited slides (RM149) categories.
