In a Media Preview event, Centre Manager of Toppen Shopping Mall, Vasilisa Kuznetsova briefed the media on the benefits of using the flexible and furnished spaces that can be booked in Soulmates, daily from 10am to 10pm.

 

“As the market economy starts to reopen, many individuals and entrepreneurs are actively looking for opportunities to recover or start their own business and meet their customers in a safe way,” said Kuznetsova.

 

“With the challenging business landscape, they are also looking for event spaces at an affordable price, low risk, with minimal preparations and flexibility.

Soulmates provides two space options on Level Two and the Ground Level for rent, complete with business license through a user-friendly website for bookings.

 

To better understand the benefits of these co-working spaces, Soulmates is hosting an OPEN DAY on Tuesday, November 23, from 2pm to 8pm.

 

Entrepreneurs and freelancers are invited to walk-in to Soulmates at Unit 88 on Level Two in Toppen Shopping Centre, for a tour of its premises.

 

Since its inception in October 2021, Soulmates had been receiving an encouraging response with bookings from entrepreneurs in a hassle-free and low-cost manner, that requires no deposits.

 

A space suitable for a nail spa

Payments are on a cashless, on-line and pre-paid basis, while walk-in bookings are also welcome.

 

Six spaces in Unit 88 on Level Two (L2.88) are provided in various sizes, equipped with basic furnishing for beauty and wellness services.

 

These spaces are suitable for entrepreneurs and professionals like beauticians, massage therapists and chiropractors who provide treatments by appointment with their clients.

 

A studio designed with full-length wall mirrors and changing rooms in Unit G.10 on the Ground Level is suitable for hosting classes, events and workshops and master-classes for fitness, dance and yoga.

A minimum booking time of two hours per session is required, with a minimum two-hour advanced booking prior to the start-time, subject to the space availability.
