R&F celebrates its 10th anniversary

 

On Saturday, July 13, R&F Princess Cove will celebrate its 10^th anniversary in a series of exciting events.

This anniversary celebration will not only commemorate the achievements at R&F Princess Cove in the past decade but also serve as a platform to envision future developments in Johor Bahru.

 

On 19 January 2020, R&F Princess Cove unveiled a new cultural and artistic landmark in the city with the official opening of the Permaisuri Zarith Sofiah Opera House by His Majesty the Sultan of Johor, witnessed by a host of VIPs and dignitaries.

 

This landmark opera house has provided a stage for both local talents and international artists to showcase the performing arts and enrich the cultural landscape of our city.

 

The community bridge – a skywalk – connecting the CIQ to R&F Princess Cove has significantly improved the residents’ daily lives with comfortable accessibility and connectivity.

 

Now R&F Princess Cove is home to owners from more than 30 nations worldwide, a proud reflection of Johor Bahru’s appeal as a global residential destination.

 

The anniversary celebration will also feature a photo exhibition dubbed, Timeless Johor Bahru: Stories in Images, and a real estate seminar titled, Rise of Johor: The Next Big Wave in Property Investment, presented at the R&F Sales Gallery.

 

A collection of images in the photo exhibition vividly presents the historical changes and development of Johor Bahru for visitors to experience a journey through time as documented in the latest book by renowned local journalist, Shu Qingxiang.

 

This exhibition, open from now till August 11, serves as an important historical record for the people of Johor Bahru and future generations to appreciate and be proud of our rich heritage.

 

As the Rapid Transit System (RTS) and the Johor Bahru Economic Zone developments are in progress, the investment fever is reaching new heights in Johor Bahru.

A real estate investment seminar dubbed, The Rise of Johor Bahru: The Next Frontier in Property Investment, will be presented by real estate investment expert, Ryan Khoo, who will share his insights and provide in-depth analysis of the latest trends and investment opportunities in the Johor Bahru property market.

 

Attendance is Free-of-Charge and will offer a unique opportunity for investors from both Malaysia and Singapore to gain valuable knowledge and network with industry experts.

This celebration coincides with the Art Bridge International Art Camp 2024, an event jointly organized by the Museum & Art Gallery of Southern University College and Liancheng Gallery Kuala Lumpur, in collaboration with the Johor Bahru chapter of Urban Sketchers and R&F Princess Cove.

 

In this inaugural art camp, some 180 artists from over 20 nations will create their artwork inspired by their experience in Johor Bahru.

 

These artworks will be publicly exhibited from 6pm on Saturday, July 13, in the indoor section of the R&F Mall until 10pm on Monday, July 15.
