Taste of Malaysia at Jen Puteri Harbour

Treat yourselves this Ramadan with A Taste of Malaysia, a breaking-of-fast meal with some of the nation’s favourite food at Harbour Café, Hotel Jen Puteri Harbour.

Juicy Lamb Ouzi and roasted chickens served with sauces
Chef Hamizi Abd Hamid, proudly presents his family’s recipes for a range of traditional dishes like Rusuk Kambing Bakar Masak Kismis and Soup Gearbox.  Chef Mizi, as he’s fondly called, has designed a range of mouth-watering Ramadan Buffet menus that are served in Harbour Cafe from now to July 4, 2016.

Look out for seven popular Malaysian dishes with flavours that will certainly transport diners back to their own kampungs.  These dishes are presented in charming traditional earthen pots to keep the food warm the old fashioned way.  Among the favourites are Daging Salai Masak Lemak Belimbing Buluh and Udang Masak Kicap Cili Api.

Delicious Creme Brulee in three flavours!
