Located
in the first business-class hotel in Senai, The Tiffin presents a daily buffet
spread in a menu of local and international dishes to please the palates of diners.
The
comfortable and contemporary setting in this restaurant is the ideal backdrop
for business lunches as well as corporate, family and group gatherings.
From
appetizers and soups to desserts, the buffet features a menu that comprises mainly
local favourites with origins from various parts of the nation in a series of different
daily menus.
Some of
these dishes include the Penang inspired Fish Head Curry cooked with lots of
vegetables, Ayam Masak Lemak Kentang
or chicken cooked with potatoes in coconut milk from Negeri Sembilan, Muar Mee
Bandung and Laksa Johor.

There’s
something for everyone, ranging from Asian to Western delights like Steamed
Fish with ginger and lime, Beef Bulgogi, Rosemary Roasted Chicken with black
pepper, Beef Stoganoff with pasta and mirepoix and Pan-fried Fish with Lemon
Capers Sauce.
There is
also a live-cooking station where a variety of marinated fresh seafood items
like whole fish, prawns and slices of squid are freshly cooked and served.
Diners
are welcome to help themselves to warm soup like Soto Ayam and to top the chicken soup with their choice of
condiments.

section offers a range of freshly fried favourites like fried fritters made
with sweet potatoes, fried sticks of tapioca and pisang goreng or fried bananas served with a side of spicy dark sauce

cold desserts in the buffet include Pengat
Pisang or stewed bananas, and Bubur

which are served upon receiving the orders.

RM60 nett per adult with 30% discount for seniors aged 55 and above, and RM30

The lunch
buffet in a menu which changes daily, is served from Monday to Friday, 12pm to
