It is that time of year
again for tossing a platter of Yee Sang for prosperity and expressing
your appreciation to your team with a year-end celebratory meal, fondly known
as Sau-gong Farn (Cantonese).

From now till February 10,
you can choose to enjoy your meal at The Tiffin café on the lobby level, the
Executive Club Lounge on Level Nine or even outdoors at the poolside.
You can also choose from
three eight-course Chinese set menus that serves eight people, priced at RM688,
RM838 and RM988 per set, that comes with complimentary free-flow of Chinese
tea.

The set menu starts with
an appetizer that ranges from the Four Seasons Platter, the Five Blessings
Platter or the Seven Fortunes Platter. As their names suggest, the number of
appetizer items in these platters vary in each choice of the three menus.
The appetizer is followed
by hot soup, offered in choices of Szechuan Hot & Spicy Soup, Chicken &
Crabmeat Soup or Double-boiled Small Abalone Soup, in each menu.

Each menu offers a
selection of three desserts to choose from. So do remember to place your order in
advance for the kitchen to prepare your pick of either Fried Ice-cream,
Honeydew with Sago or Yam Paste, to serve at the end of your meal.
