As the countdown to Christmas kicks off in December, check your calendar and make plans to enjoy a Christmas themed dinner at Caprilicious, the all-day dining café in Capri by Fraser Johor Baru, presented every Thursday, Friday and Saturday in December 2021.

Sous Chef Mohd Mahathir Mokhtar and his culinary team has prepared a sumptuous spread of Christmas specialties like oven-baked whole turkey and Leg of Lamb and Roast Beef, served with complementary sauces and Yorkshire Pudding.

 

The buffet spread starts with a range of eye-catching Christmas Sweets that feature assorted cakes, Chocolate Yule Log and cups of panna cotta in a variety of flavours like Salted Caramel, Red Velvet and Chocolate Oreo.

There are also individually wrapped gingerbread-men, a choice of cookies kept fresh in glass jars, lollypops and a choice of irresistible cupcakes topped with attractive icing in the Christmas theme.

 

A central buffet line allows diners to walk around comfortably to help themselves to desserts, appetizers, cold platters of salmon and a wide range of fresh salad to savour with various dressings like the chef’s recommendation of Bell Pepper Gazpacho.

 

Baked Leg of Lamb and Roast Beef

The hot buffet features a choice of Western and Asian specialties prepared in many flavours to offer something for everyone to enjoy.

 

Choose from items like Ayam Bakar Taliwang, Slipper Lobster in Butter Sauce, Tandoori Prawns, Barbecued Chicken Wings, Lamb Mousaka, Lemon Garlic Salmon, Mini Beef Steaks to slices of Lamb Shoulder.

 

For noodle-lovers there is a Noodle Station to prepare with ingredients of your choice and a Pasta live-cooking station for freshly made pasta to your liking.

Fans of dim sum will enjoy a range of dim sum, kept warm within bamboo steamer trays, and there is also a choice of Beef and Chicken satay served with complementing condiments of cucumber, onions, ketupat and peanut sauce.

 

The buffet spread planned for Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve Dinners will be even wider with additional main items like Seafood-on-Ice, Seafood Paella, whole Roasted Lamb, Roasted Striploin Beef and Chicken Briyani.

 

A Kids’ Section dedicated to the kids will feature favorite finger food like Fries, Fish Fingers and Chicken Popcorn, along with festive treats like candy canes and cookies.

The Christmas Festive Buffet Dinner at Caprilicious will be served from 6.30pm to 10pm every Thursday, Friday and Saturday in December 2021 and on December 25, Christmas Day.

 

Price at RM108+ per adult and RM54+ per senior citizen aged 60 and above and child aged between six and 12 years old.

 

Gingerbread-men at Caprilicious

A Special Festive Buffet Dinner will be served on December 24, Christmas Eve and December 31, New Year’s Eve, from 6.30pm to 10pm.

 

Price at RM138+ per adult and RM68+ per senior citizen aged 60 and above and child aged between six and 12 years old.
