Ramadan, diners can break their fast at the Suasana All Suites Hotel with a semi-buffet
in the theme of Selera Suasana that comes with panoramic views of the Johor
Baru city skyline.

After
a challenging past year, Suasana All Suites Hotel aims to bring families and
friends together for the breaking-of-fast by offering an affordable meal with
dine-in and takeaway options.
The
breaking-of-fast meal begins with a range of appetizers like dried dates, local
greens or ulam-ulaman, tempe and keropok crisps topped with a choice of sambal
sauces.
In
addition to Kerabu Mangga or mango salad, there are three choices of
Western-style mixed salads as well as traditional Bubur Lambuk. Appetizers of mixed salad and traditional
salad items to savour with sambal sauces
The
culinary team at the Café have designed delightful menus that will rotate among
the four weeks of the Ramadan month for diners to enjoy a range of different
dishes.
The
semi-buffet arrangement with minimal movements around the buffet allows diners
to better enjoy their meal from a warmer dish that serves Pilaf Rice and
steamed rice to savour with gravies.
The
gravies include Roasted Chicken in Percik Sauce, Ayam Goreng Berempah or fried flavoured
Chicken, Deep-fried Seabass in sweet and spicy sauce, Assam Pedas Red Snapper,
Suasana Chili Prawns, Oats Butter Prawns, stir-fried Kailan with salted fish, seasonal
vegetables and Chicken Satay and condiments with peanut dip sauce.Mee Rebus in a rich shrimp gravy
In
the alternate weeks, among the gravies to savour with rice are Kung Po Chicken,
Suasana Chicken Curry, Ikan Bakar or grilled fish, Thai-style Spicy Seabass,
Sambal Petai Prawns, Udang Masak Lemak Nanas (prawns and pineapple in coconut
gravy), Garlic Kailan with Anchovies, seasonal vegetables and Chicken Satay and
condiments with peanut dip sauce.
Meanwhile
the hot buffet will serve a choice of Mee Rebus or Mee Kari, curry noodles, as
well as piping hot Sup Tulang, a beef broth, to savour with white bread.Desserts of local Malay kuih
The
meal is washed down by cool drinks like Bandung and Sour Plum, and ends sweetly
with desserts of assorted Malay kuih, cakes and pastries, Bubur Cha Cha as well
as create-your-own portion of icy Cendol.
