United Malayan Land Berhad, better known as UMLand, hosted
a Southern Region Chinese New Year lunch with the Media and guests from the
Persatuan Cerebral Palsy Johor that started with a traditional Lo Hei or
prosperity toss of Yee Sang salad.

At the event, UMLand Seri Austin Chief Executive
Officer and Group Director of Townships, K K Wong, shared an exciting visual update
on their property developments and new launches in 2019.
He also gave us a glimpse of the company’s development
plans for Bandar Seri Austin and Bandar Seri Alam in the year ahead.
Besides creating new townships, Wong shared that UMLand
was also committed to contributing to the community through the company’s
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme.
As part of their CSR programme, Wong presented a
mock-cheque in the sum of RM2,000 to the Persatuan Cerebral Palsy Johor, during
the event.
